Own ground
The advantage of a tiny house with private land is that you own the entire plot. So your cottage is on the grounds of the vacation park, but the land on which your cottage stands is yours. Even if, for example, the park is sold or goes bankrupt, you remain the owner of the cottage and the land.
Rental land
When you buy a tiny house on rented land, you are cheaper in the short term because you only buy the house itself. On the other hand, you have additional monthly costs for renting the land. So a tiny house with its own land is cheaper in the long run than a tiny house on rental land.
