A fixed, variable or hybrid return

Before purchasing a vacation home, it is important to think carefully about its form of use. With a fixed return, you fully rent out your vacation home and, as the owner, you can count on a guaranteed annual return, which provides financial security and stability. You can also choose to partially rent out your vacation home so that you can also use your vacation home yourself. With partial rentals, you benefit from a variable or hybrid return, depending on the extent to which you wish to use your vacation home for private purposes.

  1. Location: Location plays a crucial role. Is the park located in a tourist destination and what is there to do in the area? At TopParken, all of our vacation parks are carefully selected for this.
  2. Facilities and amenities: Guests often also look at the amenities of the vacation park. For example, is there enough to do for the children? Are there swimming pools? Can I use the wellness facilities? In order to respond well to this, we have various facilities on each vacation park that meet the wishes of the target group.
