If you buy a vacation home in a Residence at TopParken, you choose how you want to use it. There are three options for this: fully personal use, full rental or a combination of personal use and rental. Good to know: if you choose to rent it out, this will be completely taken care of by the TopParken rental organization. This means no work for you, but you will receive a return. How high this return is depends on your choice for full or partial rental. The options are listed below:

Résidences in the Netherlands - always something to do!

You have your eye on a vacation rental at one of our Résidences, but of course you would also like to know what there is to do. The answer is: more than enough! Both on the park and in the surrounding area. For example, our Residences (differs per park) have various facilities such as an indoor and/or outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds for children, a catering facility and bicycle rental. Also in terms of location, we always choose the top location. In the middle of nature but still close to cities, nice villages or tourist outings. So we have Residences near Valkenburg or Den Bosch, on the Veluwe or on the waterfront.
