Buy vacation home on the coast

Besides the fact that the choice of (new) vacation homes on the coast is small, buying a vacation home a little further from the Dutch coast has several advantages. The main advantage is the price difference. Non-coastal cottages are generally cheaper than coastal cottages. This is because plot prices in popular tourist villages such as Scheveningen are a lot higher than in the rest of the Netherlands. In addition, there is little supply on the coast and much demand, this causes an increase in the prices of vacation homes.
