A property for your own use, a property entirely for rental, or a combination between the two. So you can make money by renting out your vacation home permanently, or by renting it out when you are not using it yourself.

When you rent out your vacation home, you give the key back to our rental organization. They will then take care of everything for you, you have no extra costs such as minor maintenance and you cannot use the vacation home yourself. Your net return comes from the rental income of the vacation home.
