When you buy a vacation home near the Markermeer, you can choose to buy it for your own use and/or for rental. When buying for your own use, you can enjoy a vacation at the water at any time. You can then also decorate the house to your own taste, creating a second home in a beautiful location. You also have the option to rent out all or part of the recreational home. If you opt for (partial) rental, this will be fully taken care of by the TopParken rental organization.
