If you are looking to buy your own recreational home you will probably start on Funda. However, on Funda you will not find all the holiday homes for sale in the Netherlands. Not even the supply of TopParken. The explanation for this is as follows. Funda is a platform of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents. Therefore, an estate agent must be affiliated with it in order to display vacation homes on Funda. The holiday homes of TopParken are not sold through an NVM broker so you will not find any holiday homes of TopParken on Funda.
