Our rental organisation

When you buy a holiday home from TopParken, you have the choice of using your holiday home for your own holiday pleasure or to (partially) let it. If you choose to (partially) let your holiday home, this will be fully taken care of by our professional letting organisation. We will start working for you immediately in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy/return. We take care of the entire rental process, from booking to cleaning.

The rental organisation of TopParken

TopParken has its own letting organisation with years of experience in letting holiday homes at various locations in the Netherlands. Our rental organisation consists, among others, of customer service employees, yield and revenue experts, a marketing team, an owners department and, of course, cleaning, reception and grounds staff at our holiday parks. All these departments form the success of TopParken's rental organisation and together they have one goal:

Achieving the best return for you as an owner and providing a fantastic holiday with valuable memories for our guests.

What makes our rental organisation so strong

The TopParken concern as we know it today was set up in 2004 as a project development and rental organisation. This means that we are involved in the entire process; from the purchase of a new or existing holiday park, to the development of this park into a high-quality holiday park, matching the wishes and needs of the current market. The new, high-quality holiday homes are then put up for sale, after which our rental organisation takes care of the rental and achieving the highest possible occupancy.

By keeping this entire process in-house and remaining involved, we can gain a lot of valuable input from our knowledge and experience. We then use this to optimise our processes. In doing so, we continuously gather information about the experiences of our homeowners and guests, which we then incorporate within the existing (rental) processes. Our decades of experience and involvement throughout the entire process make our (rental) organisation, a reliable, expert partner in the leisure industry.

TopParken Marketing

Our marketing department sets up year-round marketing activities for the rental of holiday homes in the Netherlands. Through both offline and online efforts, they ensure that TopParken is top-of-mind with potential bookers at the right moments. You will experience this when you are surfing the Internet, for example, but also when you are watching TV or driving along the motorway.

All marketing activities are carried out by TopParken itself, together with reliable partners, with full focus on its own website topparken.nl. Partly because of this, we are not dependent on tour operators but our tour operators complement us excellently. This marketing strategy not only demonstrably ensures a high occupancy rate, but for two years in a row, independent research has shown that we experienced the largest online growth of all holiday park operators in the Netherlands.

What does the rental organisation arrange for you

Once the date has been set for your property to "go on the rental market", our rental organisation will start working for you immediately. From the moment the property is added to our professional reservation system, it is automatically included in various marketing campaigns. It is also immediately forwarded to the websites of our collaborations and we wait for the bookings to come in.

Even once the booking has been made, you have nothing to worry about. We take care of all communication towards the future guests of your holiday home, make sure the house is clean and arrange the key exchange at the holiday park. At the holiday park, we give guests tips on the best excursions in the area and make sure they have a fantastic time in your holiday home.

Personal owners environment

As owner of a holiday home at TopParken, you have access to your personal "owners environment". In the owners environment you can find all kinds of information, such as the availability of your holiday home and the rental income of your holiday home. You can also block your holiday home from being rented out here, which is handy if you want to go away for a weekend, for example. After purchasing the holiday home, our owners department will send you a clear manual about this system.

Our collaborations

In order to achieve the highest possible occupancy rate for your holiday home throughout the year, even in the low season, we cooperate with large, (inter)national travel companies. As a result, you are not dependent on one rental organisation, but benefit from the success of several powerful parties. We have good partnerships with Booking.com and Expedia, among others. This means that these companies supply products and services to TopParken. These collaborations are therefore not only interesting for our guests, but also for you as owner.
