As a recreation broker, we sell vacation homes including a private plot, private parking space and complete garden and terrace landscaping. Besides expert advice and professional guidance, we also offer you a high degree of flexibility. You are completely free to decide for yourself how you want to use the vacation home. As a vacation home broker, we offer the following options:

▶ For your own use - A vacation home for your own full use where you will not rent out the property commercially. You can go on vacation when it suits you and furthermore you can furnish the vacation home completely as you wish. Permanent residence is not allowed.

Combination of own use and rental - You decide when the house is available for rental and when you want to use it yourself. You benefit from your own vacation home and receive a return on the rental of the home.

▶ For rental - If you opt for full rental, you cannot use the vacation home yourself. You receive an interesting net return per year and the entire rental process is handled by our professional rental organization.

We offer the possibility of having a sauna and outdoor shower installed in the garden of the vacation home at an additional cost.
